The conservation study on the assessment of the impact on cultural heritage analyses the impact of a certain intervention in space on the cultural heritage that surrounds it. On the basis of the Conservation Elaborate for cultural property, Special conditions for the protection of cultural property are drawn up by the competent authority. When it comes to a cultural asset protected at the world level (UNESCO protection), we prepare an HIA Study (Eng. Heritage Impact Assessment) according to ICOMOS global guidelines.

• Using the Conservation Elaborate for Cultural Heritage, the Special Conditions for the Protection of Cultural Property are obtained, and clear instructions and guidelines for designing are formulated by the conservators,
